01 · The askEvery job

The client asks the same five things. Every job.

Before a crew gets a call time, someone wants the insurance certificate, the equipment list, Blue UAS status, crew size and proof the airspace is handled. Most operators keep it in their head, a camera roll and three inboxes. It costs a morning per job and one missed expiration can cost the job.

02 · How it worksThree steps

File once. Clear each job. Send one link.

  1. 1

    File the record

Upload your Part 107, COI, aircraft, payloads and crew once. BLKBOX tracks every expiration date from there.

  2. 2

    Clear the job

Enter the site and date. BLKBOX checks airspace, flags what the client will ask for and what lapses before the shoot.

  3. 3

    Send the passport

The client gets one page with everything they asked for, current as of today. You get the call time.

04 · OriginWhy BLKBOX
The black box holds the whole flight. BLKBOX holds everything before it.

BLKBOX was built by a Marine Corps UAS Operator and Part 107 Pilot with years spent in an aircrew training unit, tracking every pilot's quals, flights, hours and training before missions.

Commercial crews face the same checks with none of that support. BLKBOX brings the aircrew record to Part 107 Operators, so the paperwork is cleared before you start your flight mission.
